The Deer Crew Chop Shop

The Ag 4 class decided to create their own business, “The Deer Crew Chop Shop”. They took in orders from both students and community members. Their services included skinning, and de-boning the deer, as well as grinding the meat. They also took an order to make venison jerky. During the past 5 weeks, “The Deer Crew Chop Shop” have processed over 17 deer.
